Join our Sol Community for a 60-minute full body cardio and strength training session designed for all fitness levels, every Saturday in August at 10am.

No leg warmers, flannel, or superhero costume required. Just bring your positive attitude and lots of water.

Instructor: Sunny Bayne (advanced), Casey Bayne (intermediate), and Mia Hawkins (beginner) - three instructors to follow based on your comfort level
