Mat Pilates at Sol is a mindful movement experience that strengthens your body from the inside out. Rooted in classical Pilates principles, this class helps you build a strong, stable foundation through intentional core work, alignment, and breath.
You’ll move through controlled sequences designed to improve posture, stability, and total-body awareness while activating the deep intrinsic muscles that support your spine and joints. Each session is coach-led with an emphasis on precision, flow, and quality of movement.
Whether you’re recovering from heavier training, looking for a low-impact challenge, or wanting to enhance your overall movement mechanics, Mat Pilates will leave you feeling centered, strong, and balanced—on and off the mat.

Tabata at Sol is a fast-paced, high-energy training experience designed to strengthen your conditioning, boost heart health, and challenge your mindset. In each class, you’ll move through short, powerful bursts of effort followed by quick recovery—maximizing results in minimal time.
These intervals get you working at 80–95% of your maximum heart rate, pushing your body into EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption). That means an increased metabolic rate and a powerful “afterburn effect” that can elevate calorie burn for up to 36 hours after class. It’s smart, efficient training with big impact for your heart, endurance, and overall fitness.
Every session is coach-led and fully scalable, so whether you’re new to interval training or ready to push your limits, you’ll move safely, confidently, and with the support of our Sol community.
Show up ready to sweat, challenge yourself, and leave stronger—every time.
