WORK WHERE THE WORK MATTERS.

We're a small team with a big mission - and we're looking for the kind of trainer who finds meaning in the work, not just the workout.

Sol Fitness was built at the intersection of two passions. Sunny Bayne is a master trainer with deep roots in movement, wellness, and the human body - a certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, corrective exercise specialist, and reiki healer who has spent her career helping people move better and feel more like themselves. Stephanie Melvin brings 20 years of business, sales, and entrepreneurship experience, a deep commitment to community, and a belief that the businesses worth building are the ones that genuinely take care of people.

Together, they built Sol as a place where those two things could finally coexist: a business that runs well and a community that runs deep.

Sol is growing. Which means our team is growing. And as we grow, we're looking for like-spirited people who are wildly committed to movement, wellness, and the whole person - mind, body, and spirit.

We are a human-centric business. That means we work with every body type, every fitness level, every background, and every budget. We believe accessibility is not a feature - it is the foundation. Our clients are not a category. They are people, and we treat them that way. We're looking for trainers who do the same: people who are genuinely dedicated to that mission and aligned with the belief that wellness belongs to everyone.

If that's you, we'd love to meet you.

Built for People Who Care.

At Sol Fitness, our team isn't just staff - they're the soul of everything we do. We built this space on the belief that movement should be accessible to every body, at every level, regardless of budget or background. That mission starts with the people who show up every day to make it real.

We take care of our team - with a clear pathway for growth, tools and education to keep getting better, and a team culture that actually feels like one. The details are worth a conversation. We'd love to have it.

Who We’re Looking For.

The best people at Sol aren't just technically skilled. They're genuinely curious about people. They ask good questions. They remember details. They show up prepared, and they hold the people around them to a standard because they believe in them.

Inclusivity, representation, and community aren't buzzwords here. They're the reason we exist. We believe in creating spaces where people feel safe enough to show up as they are, and brave enough to become who they want to be. Our clients and students come from all different starting points and backgrounds, and every one of them deserves to feel seen, supported, and never judged. Our team meets them there, with patience, intention, and zero ego. That's the Sol standard.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

Open Positions.

We are a growing team. When we hire, we hire intentionally - for mindset, not just skill set.
