Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing style of yoga that uses passive stretches to open the body and quiet the mind. In the glow of candlelight, you will be led through a sequence of poses designed for full body relaxation to recover the muscles and calm the mind. Restorative poses are held for up to ten minutes and include props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets to provide support and allow for full surrender.
