Sol Academy’s Certified Personal Training Pro Series: Assessment in Action
This in-depth, hands-on workshop will enhance your ability to assess movement, identify key biomechanical markers, and apply actionable corrections. We will dive into movement screenings, postural assessments, and all five foundational movement patterns—squat, hinge, push, pull, and carry. You will gain practical tools to elevate your coaching skills, including mobility assessments, alignment fundamentals, and techniques to spot and correct form lapses.
