As the season of gratitude unfolds, we invite you to come together in community for an evening of reflection, rest, and connection. Guided by trauma-informed yoga instructor Erin Short, eRYT 500, this Yoga Nidra practice offers space to slow down, breathe deeply, and express gratitude—for your body, your breath, and the safe, supportive community we share at Sol.

What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation done while lying down or resting comfortably. Through gentle body awareness and visualization, it calms the nervous system and guides you into a state of deep relaxation between wakefulness and sleep.
