3-Part Barbell Intensive | Intermediate to Advanced Lifters
Step into your power this summer with our Powerlifting Sol Series — a 3 class barbell-focused series designed for lifters ready to take their technique to the next level, challenge their limits, and set new PRs. Led by Sol Fitness owner and head trainer Sunny Bayne, this small-group series dives into the fundamentals and fire behind the Big Three: Deadlift, Bench Press, and Squat.
Each session includes:
Expert technique breakdowns
Guided practice and coaching
Heavy lifting to a 1–3 rep max
A metabolic conditioning finisher (MetCon)
This series is for intermediate to advanced lifters only. Prior barbell experience is required.
Limited to 16 participants per session. Open to Sol clients only.
Cost: $45 per session - included in Group Training packages + membership.
Class Dates:
Deadlift – June 28, 9-10:15am
Bench Press – July 12, 9-10:15am
Squat – August 30, 9-10:15am
