Each session will guide you through the essential elements of a sustainable practice: grounding breathwork, intentional movement, and personalized routines. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to the mat, this series will meet you where you are and help you grow.

Kimmye Bohannon is a Lexington, KY based Integrative Health Practitioner and Board-Certified Holistic Health Coach with a passion for longevity and vibrant living.

She founded and led The Weekly Juicery for 12 years, creating over a million bottles of organic juice and helping thousands transform their health through juice and fasting. Today, she runs Juice School—her online holistic wellness hub—and offers programs like Detox BootcampMid-Life Metabolic Makeover, and guided juice fasts, along with private 1:1 health coaching.

Kimmye is also a mom of three, a lover of holistic homemaking, gardening, cooking, sewing—and an avid yoga practitioner and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200). Her mission is to help others chase good health and stop waiting on disease.
