Smart Strength | Shoulders + Spine Workshop

Understanding Pain, Posture, and Performance

Shoulder, neck, and back discomfort are some of the most common challenges we see—especially for people who train regularly, sit at a desk, or feel unsure whether they should push through discomfort or pull back.

This free, educational workshop is designed to help you better understand your shoulders and spine, recognize meaningful pain signals, and make smarter, more confident choices in both your workouts and everyday movement.

Led by Dr. Tameka Johnson, PT, DPT of MoveSmart Physical Therapy, this session blends clinical expertise with real-world application—bridging the gap between physical therapy and personal training.

Dr. Johnson is new to Lexington but brings extensive experience in injury prevention, orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, and recovery, including her work as a former physical therapist for the Tennessee Trojans. She now treats clients at MoveSmart Physical Therapy and trains alongside our 6am crew at Sol—making this collaboration a natural extension of our shared commitment to smart, sustainable movement.
