Join Coach Keith for a workout designed to add a little HEAT to your week. This 60-minute CrossFit-style class is a strength and conditioning workout made up of functional movements performed at a high intensity level.
This style class combines cardio and strength so the results are…well worked for. It will challenge all of your body’s energy stores - including your aerobic, anaerobic and metabolic systems - and in true Sol Style, we’ll challenge your mental strength + endurance while we’re at it.
Classes are limited to 12 cool humans.
