Join Erin Short for an evening of gentle, soulful movement designed to open your heart and quiet your mind. Our Solful Flow will guide you through a slow, meditative sequence that encourages connection, self-awareness, and deep relaxation. We'll flow seamlessly into a nurturing Yoga Nidra practice, leaving you feeling restored and renewed.
Yoga nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a deeply meditative practice that brings the practitioner to a state of relaxed consciousness between waking and sleeping. It allows one to drop down from the thinking mind into the feeling body. Yoga nidra has many proven benefits, including improved sleep, reduced insomnia, improved memory and concentration, reduced stress and anxiety, elevated mood and well-being, and improved emotional regulation.
