September 15 · 7:00 PM
Free & open to all | Registration required
If you’ve ever felt like you’re running on empty from trying to do it all—saying “yes” when you want to say “no,” striving to be everything to everyone, and living under the weight of expectations—this workshop is for you.
Led by Shannon Sauer-Zavala, PhD, clinical psychologist, professor, author and expert in women’s wellbeing, Aligned by Design is a powerful 90-minute session designed especially for busy women navigating the pressures of work, family, and community.
In this workshop, you’ll:
Discover why people-pleasing and perfectionism are costing you more than just your time
Learn how “good girl” conditioning may be holding you back from what you truly want
Explore science-backed tools to align your daily choices with your core values
Leave with practical strategies to create more freedom, energy, and fulfillment—without burning it all down
This is your chance to pause, reflect, and reset. Walk away with clarity on what matters most and the confidence to design a life that fits you.
✨ Because you don’t have to do it all—you just have to do what matters most.
