Athletic Training at Sol is performance-based small group training built to help you move, feel, and perform like an athlete. This class challenges your strength, speed, power, and coordination through a blend of agility drills, plyometrics, and strength work in a supportive, coach-led environment.
You'll sharpen movement patterns, improve reaction time, and build the athletic confidence that carries into sport, play, and everyday life. For those ready to push harder and move with more precision and explosiveness, this class delivers.
Led by Coach Sunny for these special Saturday sessions and every Tuesday at 7pm Coach Casey.

Prerequisites:
This class is designed for participants who are ready to train at a higher intensity. Before joining, you should be able to:
Jump, hop, sprint, and move laterally with speed
Demonstrate barbell experience with primary lifts (squat, deadlift, bench press) at a 35 lb minimum
