Functional Flow is a yoga-inspired mobility class that goes beyond the stretch. Led by Coach Sunny — certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, registered yoga teacher, and reiki healer — this class blends movement modalities to help you move better and tune in deeper.

Mobility vs. stretching — what's the difference?
Stretching lengthens muscles and releases tension. Mobility takes it further — building strength and control through your full range of motion. Together, they support joint stability, better alignment, and a more resilient body.
In this class, you'll:
