Functional Strength Foundations is your place to learn the essential movements of strength training in a supportive, small-group setting. With a max of 12 participants, you’ll receive individualized coaching, hands-on feedback, and guidance tailored to your body’s needs.
This class teaches foundational movement patterns—squats, hinges, pushes, pulls, and core work—with a focus on proper form, mobility, and safe technique. You’ll build strength that supports your everyday life while developing confidence that carries into any fitness routine.
Whether you’re brand new or simply ready to reconnect with the fundamentals, this class gives you the structure, support, and education to build a strong foundation for long-term progress.
