Intro to Strength Training is a supportive, beginner-friendly workshop - led by Sol's co-founder and head trainer, Sunny Bayne, and Sol’s director of education and level 3 certified personal trainer, Casey Bayne - designed for anyone who's new to the gym, returning after time away, or simply looking for a fitness community that feels welcoming, connected, and human.
This experience functions as a group consultation and movement screening, giving you the opportunity to learn about Sol, connect with others, and better understand what your body needs - without pressure or high-intensity workouts.
What You'll Experience
Guided Group Conversation - We'll begin with a roundtable discussion around goals, challenges, and intentions, creating space for connection with others who may be feeling the same way you are.
Low-Sweat Movement Screening - You'll move through a gentle, approachable workout designed to assess foundational movement patterns. This is not about performance or pushing limits - it's about understanding your baseline.
Personalized Next Steps - Our coaches will help you make sense of what your movement tells us and how it can inform a training plan aligned with your body, goals, and budget.
