THE ART OF BALANCE
An Ayurvedic Self-Care Workshop for Mind, Body & Spirit
What if balance wasn’t something you had to chase — but something you could remember?
In this immersive 2.5-hour experience, you’ll explore Ayurveda through a modern, accessible lens and learn how to regulate your nervous system, through reconnecting with your natural rhythms in a way that feels intuitive and sustainable.
Why This Matters
Many of us are living in a constant state of overstimulation — wired, tired, and disconnected from our body’s signals.
Ayurveda teaches that imbalance isn’t something to fight.
It’s feedback, something to understand.
When you learn how your unique constitution influences your energy, emotions, and nervous system, self-care becomes simpler. More personal. More sustainable.
Less doing.
More listening.
What We’ll Explore Together
Through guided reflection, ritual, breath, and sensory experience, you’ll learn how to recognize imbalance — and gently return to center.
✨ In this workshop, you’ll:
• Discover your dominant dosha (Vata, Pitta, or Kapha)
• Understand how stress and overstimulation show up in your body
• Experience grounding and calming rituals tailored to each dosha
• Practice breathwork and sensory tools that regulate the nervous system
• Leave with simple routines you can integrate into your mornings or evenings
No prior knowledge of Ayurveda is needed.
Just curiosity — and a willingness to slow down.
This Workshop Is For You If…
• You feel anxious, scattered, or emotionally drained
• You crave structure without rigidity
• You want self-care that feels soulful — not overwhelming
• You’re ready to understand your body instead of fighting it
You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and deeply supported — with tangible tools you can return to long after the workshop ends.
Come as you are.
Leave more aligned.
