This Mobility & Fascia Release Workshop in Lexington, KY is designed to help you move with more ease, reduce chronic tension, and support long-term strength and longevity. Led by Coach Sunny, a Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor, this workshop blends intelligent strength training principles with yoga-informed mobility, fascia release, and nervous system regulation techniques.

Rather than stretching harder or pushing through stiffness, you’ll learn how your nervous system influences movement quality, tension, and mobility, and how to work with your body instead of against it.
