Intro to Strength Training is a supportive, beginner-friendly workshop - led by Sol’s co-founder and head trainer, Sunny Bayne - designed for anyone who’s new to the gym, returning after time away, or simply looking for a fitness community that feels welcoming, connected and human.
This experience functions as a group consultation and movement screening, giving you the opportunity to learn about Sol, connect with others, and better understand what your body needs—without pressure or high-intensity workouts.

We’ll begin with a roundtable discussion around goals, challenges, and intentions—creating space for connection with others who may be feeling the same way you are.Low-Sweat Movement Screening
You’ll move through a gentle, approachable workout designed to assess foundational movement patterns. This is not about performance or pushing limits—it’s about understanding your baseline.Personalized Next Steps
Our coaches will help you make sense of what your movement tells us and how it can inform a training plan aligned with your body, goals, and budget.
