As the season of gratitude unfolds, we invite you to slow down and come together for an evening of rest, reflection, and connection.
Guided by trauma-informed yoga instructor Erin Short, eRYT 500, this Yoga Nidra (or “yogic sleep”) practice takes you through a gentle, guided meditation while you rest comfortably on your mat. Through breath awareness and visualization, you’ll enter a deep state of relaxation that helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and restore energy.
This special night is our way of saying thank you — for showing up, for supporting one another, and for helping make Sol the safe, connected community it is. Bring your yoga mat and a cozy blanket, and join us for Our Night of Thanks.

Community Yoga + Sound Bath
Take time to move, breathe, and restore in community. This evening begins with a grounding yoga flow led by trauma-informed instructor Erin Short, ERYT-500, and closes with the calming sounds of singing bowls by local sound healer and massage therapist, Jordan Cash.
